Retreat Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By registering for a Get Inspired World LLC retreat (“Retreat”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Payment of any portion of the Retreat fee confirms your acceptance of these Terms. All remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadlines. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

2. Cancellation by Participant

The deposit is non-refundable.

All payments become non-refundable 90 days prior to the scheduled Retreat start date.

No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.

3. Cancellation or Changes by Organizer

Get Inspired World LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events or insufficient enrollment. If the Retreat is canceled by Organizer, payments made will be transferred to a future retreat or refunded at Organizer’s discretion. Organizer is not responsible for airfare or other travel expenses.

4. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare, travel documentation, and related expenses.

Travel and medical insurance are required. Get Inspired World LLC is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Retreat may include movement, outdoor activities, wellness practices, and nature immersion. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Get Inspired World LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage.

6. Health & Medical Responsibility

You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate. You are responsible for managing your own health, medications, and medical needs during the Retreat.

7. Venue Policies & Conduct

Participants agree to comply with all venue policies and community guidelines.

Get Inspired World LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

8. Media Release

Unless you provide written notice prior to the Retreat, you grant permission for photographs or video taken during the Retreat to be used for promotional purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Agreement

By registering for the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
